Who are you signing in as?
RentPod is used by property managers, landlords and their teams. Tenants don't need an account.
Property manager or landlord
You run the account for your organisation.
- Manage properties, units and tenants
- Track maintenance from report to resolution
- Keep the books: rent, invoices, owners and tax
- Receive M-Pesa rent matched to each unit
- Answer tenants on WhatsApp, with Ren doing the first pass

New to RentPod? Get started
Team member
You work for a property manager, as staff, an accountant or a caretaker.
- 1Your organisation's admin invites you by email. Look for an email from RentPod with your invite code.
- 2Open the link in that email and create your account with the same email address. You'll join your organisation with the access your admin chose.
- 3After that, sign in here any time.
No invite? Ask your organisation's admin to send one from Settings → Team. Invites expire after 7 days.
Tenant
You rent a home or space from a RentPod property manager.
You don't need to sign in. Your property manager adds you to RentPod and stays in touch with you directly.
- Invoices, receipts and statements arrive by SMS, WhatsApp or email
- Report a repair by messaging your property manager's WhatsApp number
- Pay rent to their M-Pesa paybill or till as usual
Haven't heard from them? Contact your property manager or landlord directly. RentPod can't share tenant details or change your account.
