Answers tenants on WhatsApp
Tenants message your WhatsApp number. Ren reads each message, logs real maintenance problems as issues with a reference number, answers or routes everything else, and keeps the tenant posted.
Sorts maintenance
Every new issue is categorised and given a severity, so the urgent ones reach the top of your triage queue.
Spots what needs you
